## The Wild Curse This arose from a human attempt at mimicking elven shapeshifting magic. It is mostly found in the forests and mountains. Some willingly adopt the curse, but it can also be spread accidentally. It can also be acquired by ritual, without any extant werewolves involved. The powers of strength, speed, and sharpened senses can be very useful for hunting other cursed beings, or beings from other dimensions such as demons. This is why some take it on! But being a hunter of this sort means you are likely to live a short life. Dwarves and elves just *can’t* be afflicted by this curse. Humans, halflings, orcs, and gnomes all can.
